About the role: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant specialising in Autism Spectrum Disorder to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is a new addition to our support staff, reflecting our commitment to providing the best possible care and education for our SEN students. The successful candidate will work closely with a small, focused group of students, ensuring they receive the individualised attention they need to succeed.

Application Requirements:

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.• A compassionate and patient approach to teaching and learning.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-on-one support to students with autism.• Assisting in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).• Collaborating with teachers to adapt lessons and materials to meet the needs of SEN students.• Supporting students in their social and emotional development.• Monitoring and recording student progress and communicating with parents and staff.
