We are seeking a dedicated SEN-TA with expertise in supporting students with ASD to join our team. This role is full-time, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Application Requirements:
• Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Understanding of various support strategies and interventions for students with ASD.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Special Education or related field desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one support to students with ASD, both academically and emotionally.
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies
.• Collaborate with classroom teachers and SENCO to differentiate instruction and support inclusive learning environments.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
