Description:
We are working with an outstanding, purpose-built secondary special school in Twickenham to find a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a long-term role starting ASAP. You'll be supporting pupils aged 11–16 with Autism and complex learning needs in small, nurturing class groups where your presence truly matters every single day.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism and complex needs
Helping young people build confidence, independence and resilience
Supporting EHCPs and personalised learning plans alongside class teachers
Creating a calm, safe and engaging environment where every pupil can thrive
Collaborating with a passionate team of teachers, therapists and support staffWhat We're Looking For
Experience supporting young people with Autism or SEND

Patience, empathy and the ability to stay calm under pressure
