Protocol Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Wheathampstead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in the lives of children while gaining valuable experience within education.
The role:
Part-time position with flexible working opportunities
Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
Providing 1:1 and small-group support
Helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally
Working closely with teachers and the wider support team
We are looking for someone who is:
Caring, patient and enthusiastic
Passionate about supporting children
Confident working with pupils with SEN
Reliable and adaptable
Experienced in education or SEN is desirable, but not essential
