SEN Teaching Assistant - Redbridge
Start: ASAP / September Start
Type: Long-term | Temp-to-Perm
We are currently recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision in Redbridge, supporting pupils with complex and diverse learning needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly structured and inclusive environment where staff are valued and progression is encouraged.
The Role:
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group SEN support
Support pupils with ASC, ADHD, and developmental delays
Implement EHCP targets and individual learning plans
Promote engagement, communication, and independence
Assist with personal care where required
The Ideal Candidate:
SEN experience in education, care, or youth settings
Strong resilience and calm under pressure
Good communication and teamwork skills
Passion for supporting children with additional needs
