Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join a Specialist SEN School in Birmingham City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and skilled individuals to fill multiple roles within our Specialist SEN School. Positions are available for both qualified staff and candidates with relevant experience working with SEN children. Immediate start is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support and education to children with a range of Special Educational Needs.
Implement and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with SENCO and other staff members.
Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Monitor and record students' progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure effective learning.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance SEN expertise.Qualifications and Experience:

Qualified Candidates: Must hold a relevant teaching qualification and have experience working with SEN children.
Experienced Candidates: Should have substantial experience in a similar role, supporting children with SEN, even if not formally qualified.
Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective strategies for support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
