Requirements

Previous experience working with children, ideally in a classroom or SEN setting.
Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
Understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
A valid Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High expectations of all pupils and a commitment to helping every child succeed.
A proactive approach to professional development and improving learning outcomes.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

What We Offer

Free Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities.
A generous Refer a Friend bonus scheme.
Competitive and fair rates of pay.
A dedicated Partnership Executive to help find roles that suit your needs.
