Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with additional needs
A caring, patient and resilient approach

Confidence working as part of a wider school or support team
A willingness to learn and develop within an SEN environmentPsychology graduates and candidates with backgrounds in care, support work, youth work or education are particularly encouraged to apply.

Experience supporting children and young people with challenging behaviour, complex needs or physical needs would also be advantageous.
