We are recruiting for 5 day Teaching Assistants to start ASAP. The role would be to work in a Primary school which provides specialist education for children with Special Education Needs aged 3-11.

The education provider follows a well designed curriculum with is broad, balanced and relevant to each individual child.

A successful candidate would have:

* Experience supporting students with SEMH and SEND needs.

* Experience in an educational setting within the last 2 years.

* Experience working within education or care in the UK in the last 12 months.

* Experience working with Early Years, KS1 and KS2 pupils.

* Has a passion for making a difference.

* You must be confident, caring, and assertive personality.

What to expect:

* Working in these settings requires patience, confidence, and a caring attitude as many of these students have difficult social, emotional, and mental health issues which need to be managed.

* You will be expected to support any pupils with their physical needs including mobility support and personal care.

* You will be supporting pupils with reading, writing, creativity and mathematics as well as supporting them to engage in play and physical development.

Requirements:

* Team Teach qualification (desirable).

* Moving & handling training (desirable).

* Available for 5 days work.

* x2 references.

* Experience working within education or care in the UK in the last 12 months

Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience and payroll method.
