At Teaching Personnel, we are looking to recruit a Science Teacher for one of our SEN partner schools in Ripon.

Role Overview: As a Science Teacher, you will have the opportunity to ignite students' curiosity and foster a love for science through innovative teaching methods and hands-on learning experiences. You will deliver high-quality lessons that challenge and motivate students, helping them to develop a deep understanding of scientific concepts and principles. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about science education and committed to nurturing the next generation of scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver dynamic science lessons in line with the national curriculum, catering to students of varying abilities and interests.
Utilise a range of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active learning.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel empowered to explore and experiment.
Assess students' progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support their learning journey.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work, share best practices, and contribute to the wider school community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
