Partnering with main teachers to deliver accessible, interactive learning activities.
Promoting student independence, confidence, and positive behaviour in class.
Creating a structured, safe, and inclusive setting for diverse learning profiles.
Maintaining strong communication with colleagues to align on learning plans and pupil progress.
