SEN Primary Teacher

Full-Time | Special School | September 2026 Start

GSL Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Primary Teacher to join a welcoming Special School on a full-time basis from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher who is committed to supporting children with special educational needs and helping them achieve their full potential.

As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging, personalised lessons to primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs. You will create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to succeed. Working alongside experienced support staff and other professionals, you will play a key role in promoting positive outcomes for every learner.

The successful SEN Primary Teacher will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
The legal right to work in the UK – essential
Experience teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs, ideally within a special school or specialist provision
Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills
A patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach to teaching
