The Role: As a SEN Outreach Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the students in various everyday activities beyond the educational setting. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting students with shopping and other errands.
Engaging students in community activities and social interactions.
Providing support on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, tailored to individual needs.
Encouraging independence and enhancing life skills.
Building positive relationships with students, fostering a safe and supportive environment.What they are looking for as an SEN Outreach worker in Harrow:
