Start Date: September 2024 – Long-term contract with potential for permanency

Salary: £150.86 - £230.35 per day
Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
About the Role:
We are partnering with a SEN specialist school in Fareham, seeking a dedicated SEN Maths Teacher to join their team starting September 2024. This long-term role, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position, involves supporting SEN students primarily with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Classes are smaller, offering a more personalized approach, and will consist of students aged 11 to 16. The focus will be on Maths, with potential support needed in other subjects as well.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support in Maths to SEN students with SEMH needs.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure students' educational needs are met effectively.
Requirements:
Recent experience teaching in UK SEN schools.
