As an SEN Learning Support, you'll play a pivotal role in providing tailored support to students with diverse learning needs. Your creativity, empathy, and commitment will help remove barriers to learning, enabling every student to reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing individualised support to students with Special Educational Needs, including those with autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning differences
Collaborating closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
Utilising a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
Offering emotional support and guidance to students, promoting confidence and self-esteem
Monitoring student progress and adapting support strategies as needed

Empathetic and patient, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact
Adaptable and resourceful, able to think creatively to meet the diverse needs of students

Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.

Requirements:
Hold the Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application through us
Provide two professional child related references
An Updated CV with work and/or academic history from the last 10 years
