Academics are recruiting for an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive SEN school in East Sussex, working within a dedicated ASD unit from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with Autism and additional needs and helping them develop their confidence, independence and learning.
The successful candidate will:
Have experience supporting children or young people with SEN/ASD
Be patient, caring and resilient
Have experience supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
Be confident working 1:1 and in small groups
