Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join an ofted rated good SEN primary school. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make a lasting impact on our pupils' lives. You will support the teaching staff in delivering high-quality, personalised learning experiences and contribute to the overall development of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of each pupil.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
Work closely with teachers to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, as needed.
Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals to support each pupil's development.
Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school events and activities.Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent.
Experience working with children with special educational needs.
Strong understanding of SEN best practices and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
