About the Role
As Head Teacher, you will provide strategic leadership and vision, ensuring the highest standards of education, care, and support for pupils with a range of complex needs. Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong and effective leadership to staff, pupils, and the wider school community.
* Promote excellence in teaching, learning, and pupil achievement.
* Ensure the school meets all statutory, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement the school's strategic vision and improvement plans.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Significant leadership experience within a SEN or specialist education setting.
* A strong understanding of SEND legislation, safeguarding, and educational best practice.
* Proven experience of leading school improvement and achieving positive outcomes for pupils.
* Outstanding communication, organisational, and people-management skills.
