Requirements:

At least a bachelor’s degree in psychology, or a related subject.
Some understanding of SEN and how these can be accommodated.
A passion for the wellbeing and education of young learners.
Commitment to following safeguarding procedures.
Previous experience of working closely with pupils, or in a school setting, is advantageous but not essential. 
In this SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant role, you will be providing SEN pupils with 1-2-1 and small group support to ensure they achieve their full potential as they progress through primary school. You will assist teaching staff in adapting lesson plans and learning materials to suit the individual needs of each pupil and will assess classwork to create personalised support strategies.
