SEN Classroom Assistant

SEN Classroom Assistant - Remedy Education are currently looking for a SEN classroom assistant to provide classroom support within an SEN school. The SEN school has students ranging from mild-severe with some being non-verbal, whilst others have difficulties communicating and/or understanding and are in need of extra support for basic curriculum.
Due to the nature of the role; experience with Visuals, Makaton, PECS or Phonics would be excellent.
Students often require some personal care (toileting, dressing, feeding) - so if this is something you are comfortable with this would be preferred.
For the successful candidate this SEN Classroom Assistant role is full-time and starting September with high potential to go permanent.SEN Classroom Assistant - You will need an enhanced Child and Adult DBS certificate to be considered for this role, thank you.
