SEN 1-1 Support Worker and Mentor
Are you looking for a rewarding career in Education and have a passion for supporting learners to succeed? We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Mentor and learning support worker to join a specialist School setting in Cheltenham.
Role Details:
Location - Cheltenham
Salary: £90 - £105 per day (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm)
Start: ASAP

Supporting learners on a 1-1 basis with their learning and personal development needs.
Help with creating a safe and encouraging environment to help the learners you are supporting thrive.
Assisting with learning and specific interventions to support progress.
Monitoring achievements and helping students reach their full potential.
Ensuring safeguarding policies are followed at all times.
Mentor learners so that they are able to express themselves in a safe and controlled way.Key Qualities Academics Ltd is seeking:
