A reputable dealership in Rayleigh, Essex is seeking a Semi Skilled Technician to join their busy workshop team. Benefits:
Competitive basic salary of £29,410 per annum
Potential to earn an OTE of £33,000
Full-time position working 45 hours per week
Working Monday to Friday with a rota of Saturday shifts

Provide technical and diagnostic services on a variety of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist with inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles
Maintain high standards of vehicle health checks and adhere to manufacturer guidelines
Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and company policies
Support senior technicians in workshop duties to develop skills
Keep up-to-date with training and industry innovations to maintain technical knowledgeRequirements:
Full UK driving licence
Previous experience of inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles
Experience working within a franchised dealership is advantageous but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
