We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Semi-Skilled Vehicle Technician, based in Bishop's Stortford. This is an exceptional Semi-Skilled Vehicle Technician opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to join a prestigious workshop specialising in luxury and high-performance vehicles. Our client seeks a proactive individual with a passion for quality service and a keen eye for detail.
Benefits:
Competitive salary between £30,000 and £50,000 per annum, with a joining bonus and performance-related bonuses
Monday to Friday working hours, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with weekends off

Supportive team environment encouraging professional developmentDuties of a Semi-Skilled Vehicle Technician:
Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical faults across a range of luxury and sports vehicle brands, including Volkswagen, Audi, Lamborghini, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, Bentley, and Volvo
Performing work to manufacturer standards with efficiency and accuracy
Completing job cards, health checks, and accurate documentation
Working collaboratively with workshop colleagues to ensure operational effectiveness
Maintaining health and safety standards, workshop cleanliness, and organisation
Keeping up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology advancements and repair techniquesRequirements of a Semi-Skilled Vehicle Technician:
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a franchise or high-end workshop
Strong diagnostics and fault-finding skills
Knowledge of modern vehicle systems, including electric and hybrid vehicles
Full UK driving licence
