Debag
Mould Tool preparation for the composite lamination / lay-up process
De-Bag & Part Mark after the curing process
Preparing Numerically Controlled (NC) fixtures for trimming
Operating various machinery (Forklift, Hubtex, AGV & MGV) for the movement of fixtures
Batch preparing damming for use in the clean room
Mixing of filler and blue ice when requested for use within lamination / lay-up process
Movement of panels from post trim to the next process, ensuring all panels are made hand safe prior to movement
Operating the MES system and ensure panels are located correctly
Raising Deficiency Reports (DRs) as required
Recording panel countersink measurement for data collection
Mould Tool & Part movement around the composite facility
