Semi-Senior Accountant. My client is a well-established firm of chartered accounts based in Harrow, who provide a range of services to their clients, from bookkeeping and general accountancy to business planning and fantastic tax advice.

Semi-Senior Accountant Position Overview

Prepare accounts for all our clients - sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Bookkeeping
Prepare VAT returns
Liaise with HMRC and ensure client accounts are up to date
Liaise with clients on a regular basis to ensure they are kept up to date

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years' previous experience working in an accountancy practice, and will be at a minimum AAT L3 qualified.

Semi-Senior Accountant Position Requirements

Previous double-entry bookkeeping experience
Previous experience using Xero
Previous experience working in an accountancy practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Semi-Senior Accountant Position Remuneration

£28,000-£25,000 (DOE)
Study support package available for right candidate
