I work closely with primary schools across East Lancashire, helping match TAs with schools where their skills and experience are genuinely needed. Whether you're looking for your next long-term position or prefer more flexibility, there are plenty of options available.
Schools are looking for TAs who have:
Previous experience working in a classroom or school setting
Relevant qualifications or training
Experience supporting children with SEN and/or SEMH
Confidence managing challenging behaviour and supporting pupils' individual needs
A calm, patient and consistent approachThere isn't a one-size-fits-all role. I'll work with you to find the right opportunity based on your experience, availability and what you're looking for.
