Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Axcis are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a high school in Wigan on a full-time, long-term basis. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the behavioral and emotional development of students within our educational setting.

Key responsibilities include providing one-on-one support to students with SEMH needs, assisting with behaviour management strategies, and promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating a deep understanding of SEMH challenges and effective intervention techniques.
