Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you will provide 1:1 mentoring, classroom support, and small-group interventions, helping pupils develop emotional regulation, improve behaviour, and re-engage positively with learning.

You will play a key role in implementing behaviour support plans, promoting restorative approaches, and creating a safe, structured environment where pupils can thrive.
