SEMH Teacher - SEMH School Orpington

£160 - £220 per day

Are you an experienced SEMH Teacher looking for your next challenging and rewarding role this September?

We're working with a specialist SEMH all through school (Primary and Secondary) in Orpington that is urgently looking for a confident, resilient SEMH Teacher to join their team.

The school supports students with SEMH needs teaching them in a structured and nurturing setting.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a SEMH Teacher who enjoys working closely with small groups and making a genuine difference to pupils who require tailored learning approaches.

What you'll be doing as a SEMH Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
Support pupils with a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider school team.
Monitor pupil progress and contribute to EHCP targets and reviews.What we need from you:

Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Experience with SEMH, PRU, youth work, or similar
Strong behaviour management skills
A calm, resilient, and proactive approach
