Why Work in an SEMH Setting?

Build meaningful relationships that can genuinely transform children's lives.
Have complete freedom and opportunity for creativity regarding teaching and learning.
Teach in small classes, allowing for a highly personalised approach.
Develop specialist skills in trauma-informed practice, emotional regulation and therapeutic approaches.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team with a vast skill set.
Celebrate progress that extends far beyond the classroom, helping students build confidence, resilience and self-esteem.
Experience the "small wins" and the joy of seeing children re-engage with learning and achieve success they may have never though possible.
