A forward-thinking school in Dunstable is expanding and opening a brand-new classroom this September, creating an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated SEMH Teacher to join their permanent staff team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of a new class, contribute to whole-school development and make a meaningful difference as an SEMH Teacher in Dunstable.

About the Role:

As an SEMH Teacher, you will:

Lead a brand-new classroom supporting learners with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
Create a structured, engaging and nurturing learning environment from day one
Deliver personalised learning plans tailored to each student's emotional and academic needs
Establish routines, expectations and a positive class culture as part of the school's expansion
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs and external professionals
