Your Role:

Plan Inclusive Learning: Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of students with a range of special educational needs. You will adapt the curriculum to ensure accessibility and progress for all.
Build Positive Relationships: Become a trusted and consistent presence for students who may find the world challenging. Using a nurturing, child-centred approach, you will help create a classroom environment where pupils feel safe, valued, and ready to learn.
Work Collaboratively: Join forces with a talented multi-disciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and specialist staff, to provide a cohesive and holistic approach to each child's development.Who We Are Looking For:

A qualified teacher holding QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Someone with a genuine passion for Special Educational Needs and a commitment to inclusive education.
A calm, flexible, and creative practitioner who can adapt quickly to changing needs and situations.Essential Requirements:

An up-to-date Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or the willingness to apply for one immediately.
