???? Experience Preferred: Ideal candidates will have previous experience working with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, and/or EBD.
???? Handling Challenges: Previous experience managing Challenging/Confrontational Behavior is a plus!

What You'll Do:
???? Guiding Growth: Work closely with individuals and groups of students to ensure they stay on task and complete activities set by the teacher.
????️ Addressing Needs: Tackle behavioural and special needs issues alongside the teacher, fostering a supportive classroom environment.
???????? Teacher's Right Hand: Provide invaluable support to the class teacher by helping to implement lesson plans, aims, and content.
???? Small Group Leadership: Lead small groups of students in defined activities, fostering engagement and learning. ????️ Ensuring Safety: Provide unwavering support for individuals and groups of pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities.
???? Individualised Support: Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans, tailored to each student's unique needs.
???? Building Bridges: Cultivate strong student-teacher rapport, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
