Do you have experience supporting pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs?
A supportive Specialist School in Wokingham is looking for a committed SEMH Classroom Assistant to join their team immediately. The successful SEMH Classroom Assistant will support pupils with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, and autism.
This SEMH Classroom Assistant role will involve:
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
* Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
* Helping pupils engage in classroom activities
* Building strong and trusting relationships with students
* Working closely with teachers and therapists
* ASAP start in a well-connected location
The ideal SEMH Classroom Assistant will have experience in education, care, or mentoring.
