Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Your Role:

As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll:

* Coach and train your team to excel and hit key performance indicators (KPIs)

* Train and develop the team in navigating customers through the sales process and converting enquiries into sales and reservations (inbound calls and email enquiries).

* Be responsible for the professional development and management of your team; focusing on sales training, coaching advisors on quality, personal development and monthly 121’s and performance management.

* Ensure customers are given the best customer experience and customer journey, starting from the initial enquiry stage, all the way to the end of their contracts - with the aim of driving repeat custom.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re a natural leader with:

* Proven sales leadership experience (3+ years), ideally within a call centre/telesales envrionment (this role involves dealing with inbound calls and emails).

* Strong coaching, communication, and organisational skills.

* Analytical mind set to interpret data and drive decision making.

* Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
