Self Employed Mortgage Broker

* Flexible working pattern with the option to work from offices in Surrey, remotely from home or a hybrid of the two.

* Attendance required to a once a month team meeting, so candidates will ideally be located within an hour of Cranleigh, Surrey.

We are seeking a highly motivated Self-Employed Mortgage Broker to join our team. As a self-employed mortgage broker, you will have the opportunity to work independently while having the support of a reputable company. Newly qualified applicants considered.

Self Employed Mortgage Broker - Candidate Requirements:

* Must have the full CeMAP qualification

* Strong knowledge of mortgage products and regulations

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and mortgage software

Self Employed Mortgage Broker - Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients to determine their mortgage needs

* Advise clients on suitable mortgage products and provide recommendations

* Liaise with lenders to secure the best mortgage products for clients

* Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their mortgage needs are met

* Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations

* Work closely with the admin support team to ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner

* Collaborate with real estate agents and other professionals to generate leads and referrals

Self Employed Mortgage Broker - We Offer:

* Flexible working pattern with the option to work from offices in Surrey, remotely from home or hybrid

* £50,000 - £60,000+ OTE subject to performance

* Admin support to assist with paperwork and client management (subject to performance)

* Guidence and support offered from experienced Directors and the existing sales team

* Leads provided by the company

* Option to pay for an additional / alternative lead source
