Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Security Supervisor to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site in Glasgow City Centre

Key Responsibilities:

Provide front-line management to all security operation
Full working knowledge of security procedures and protocols
Act as the designated first responder to all incidents.
Undertake effective investigations and produce well written incident reports.
Conduct appraisals, and first line management of on site team.
Complete site-based rostering and contribute to the effective control of pre-planned/reactive absence.
Ensure all procedures, assignment instructions, risk assessments and protocols are created and followed  in conjunction with Operations Manager
Delivery and recording of all training requirements, ensuring each team member has an individual training plan.
To encourage a stable team environment among all staff.
Represent OCS in daily / weekly meetings with on site client

About You:

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
Corporate security supervisory experience.
CCTV license would be an advantage.
Competent level skills in core IT Applications.
Ability to organise, lead and motivate a team over a varied shift pattern of days, nights and weekends.
Ability to create and deliver training to onsite team.
The ability to be flexible and positive, demonstrating a can-do attitude.
Excellent standard of verbal and written communication skills.
Work in conjunction with OCS colleagues to deliver excellent customer service skills.
Commitment to excellent attendance and time keeping.
Be able to lead by example.
Good Organisational skills
Represent both OCS and client in a positive manner.
Must have a valid SIA Licence
