Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Security Supervisor to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site in Crystal Peaks Sheffield

Key Responsibilities:

Provide front-line management to all security operations.
Act as the designated first responder to all incidents.
Assist in the implementation of new sites, including site evaluation, client liaison to identify welfare, secure keys and monitor points, and security provision requirements.
Taking ownership of the contract vehicle fleet, including maintenance and issues as required.
Deputise for the Account Manager in their absence.

About You:

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
CCTV license would be an advantage.
Competent level skills in core IT Applications.
Judgment skills – able to understand the context and consequences of decisions and actions.
Planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Duties include internal and external patrols, access control, reception duties, building checks and associated duties. 
Applicants must have previous experience in a supervisory role, excellent customer service skills, good Health & Safety awareness and a flexible approach to hours. 
Uniform will be provided.
