Schedule: Monday to Friday ????
Shifts: 10 hours per day ⏰
Rate: £15.94 per hour ????

About the Role
Rostering and forward planning reporting officers ensuring sufficient cover for holidays, sickness and holidays
Maintaining positive employee relations and ensuring coaching, counselling and any investigations are implemented in line with company policy
Monitoring and managing the appearance and behaviors of all Security personnel
Encourage staff recognition and staff nominations for awards
Ensure site documentation is kept up to date
All incidents are reported in compliance with customer and company policy and procedures
Planning, development and implementing staff training
Monitor faults with security related equipment, ensuring they are reported correctly
Be fully conversant with operational functions including Access Control, CCTV, Detection and Alarm Systems
Participate in any arranged company training to improve standards of performance
To be the first point of contact on their shift for security function related queries.
Essential Skills
SIA Licence.
5+ Years experience
Has SC clearance or the ability to gain one
Must have a full clean manual driving licence with access to a vehicle
Experience Managing and Leading others
