The role involves taking ownership of the installation, testing, programming, and commissioning of complex security systems in collaboration with the Project Delivery Team. Additionally, it entails assisting in the transition of projects to service, where applicable. This includes coaching end-users on system functionality and providing hands-on training when necessary. Furthermore, the role involves collaborating with end-user IT departments or service providers during system configuration, offering advice on edge devices, and assisting in the creation of Operational Readiness Review (ORR) documents and Service Description Documentation (SDD). At times, the role may also encompass Project Engineer duties, such as site supervision to ensure adherence to health and safety protocols, overseeing daily tasks, monitoring progress, facilitating engineer training, and preparing daily reports. This secondary responsibility may involve maintaining records of work variations and extras for invoicing purposes. Overall, the role acts as a vital link between the installation team and the Project Manager
