An exciting opportunity has arisen for 5 security Officers across City Centre Manchester
This recruitment drive is due to a number of prestigious contracts being awarded this forward thinking facilities management company they have a fantastic opportunity for committed and dedicated Security Reception professionals to join the team in central Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and secure first impression
Verify identification and manage visitor access, maintaining accurate visitor ls and issuing badges as required.
Monitor security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access controls, responding to and documenting any security incidents.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area, reflecting the company’s commitment to excellence.
Conduct regular security checks and patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
Document all security-related activities, providing clear and detailed reports.
Requirement
SIA License is mandatory.
Proven experience in a security and reception role, with a focus on customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
Highly observant and detail-oriented, capable of identifying and responding to security and health and safety risks.
Professional demeanour with a commitment to upholding company values.
Computer literacy, proficient in using office software and security systems
