Security Officer
About The Role
Leicester City Football Club has an exciting opportunities for experienced Security Officers to join the team, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of LCFC’s new world class training ground whilst providing exceptional service to all staff, customers and guests entering the property. Working alongside our growing team in line with the growth of the Club, our Security Officers are responsible for undertaking routine checks of all designated door entrances, gates, fencing and the venue perimeter whilst also managing the access control rights across the facility.
Who We’re Looking For
In addition to their security experience (possession of a SIA qualification is essential) the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to offer a high level of customer service in this prominent, front-facing role. We’re looking for individuals who can deliver an exceptional welcome, yet are also confident in their ability to problem-solve and deal with difficult situations. Additionally, we’re looking for officers with the flexibility to work a 12-hour ‘continental’ shift pattern, that includes nights and weekend working.
