An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Security & Compliance Coordinator at our Lillyhall site. The Security & Compliance Coordinator will be responsible and manage all documentation relating to current compliance, security and emergency arrangements at Lillyhall’s Security and Distribution Centre whilst managing and maintaining a visible compliance register to enable the business to demonstrate against internal and external compliance standards. The candidate will be expected to coordinate audits relating to security, safety or any other regulatory or site licensing requirements, which includes taking all necessary steps to ensure that the operation is suitably prepared for a successful audit.
The successful candidate should have experience of working within a regulated nuclear environment and have proven ability to work in a team but crucially, under their own initiative. The candidate must have strong communication and customer-facing skills whilst have strong report writing skills and be able to review and interpret data
