We are now recruiting for a Security Officer to join our Operations department at our London Campus. You will be joining a friendly, hardworking and diverse team at a time of growth and expansion for Confetti Media Group
As a Security Officer you will provide a reassuring, visible and professional presence across the CMG estate to ensure the security of CMG students, employees and buildings.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Secure premises and employees by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
* Routinely inspect buildings, property and cycle racks, checking they are secure and protected against intruders, locking/unlocking as appropriate.
* Monitor people coming in and out of CMG buildings, ensuring they have the right access credentials and comply with all visitor/guest policies and procedures.
* Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for students, employees and visitors.
* Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
* Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
* Respond to internal emergency calls to deal with violent or threatening students or visitors.
* Escorting individuals off the premises as and when required.
