Section Manager – Prepared (RTC)
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Section Manager who loves getting stuck in, leading teams to deliver results, and driving continuous improvement. * Lead the day-to-day running of an important RTC production section, keeping operations moving smoothly.
* Drive performance against targets and audit standards including BRC, TFS, SMETA (and others).

Shift pattern: Week 1 – Wednesday and Thursday. Week 2 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Hours: 06:00 to Finish
Salary: £41,193 per annum
What you’ll be doing
* Manage all processes in your area to meet business targets and audit requirements.
* Oversee and lead production to deliver output, quality and compliance.
* Own labour planning and cost control, including management of agency workers.
* Lead and develop your team (team size varies by area), ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
* Drive profitability of the production operation through efficient, controlled operations.
* Ensure allergen awareness and controls are understood and implemented (RTC only).
* Drive continuous improvement across operations, process and standards.
* Maintain customer service levels in line with agreed targets.
What we want from you
* Previous experience in food manufacturing.
* Previous experience of leading teams and delivering results.
* Strong understanding of technical and compliance requirements.
* IOSH certified.
* Food Safety Level 3.
