Are you looking to work for a leading solicitors based in Gloucester? Are you a secretary looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience within audio? Are you an administration with audio experience? Working with the fee earners you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the team. Working Monday – Friday 09.00am – 17.00pm with a salary of up to £29,000 this is an excellent position. Audio experience is essential for this position.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Liaise with the fee earners to support with their administration needs.
Prepare and send out letters and emails.
Audiotyping using Bighand.
Book client appointments and maintain diaries.
Assisting accounts in taking client payments when necessary.
Skills and Attributes:
Audio experience is essential for the role.
Highly organised.
Excellent communication via phone and email.
High attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive data.
