We're recruiting dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistants to work across Secondary Schools in Newport. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants or candidates with transferable skills who are looking to build a career in education.
The Role
???? Support pupils in lessons across a range of subjects
???? Work with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
???? Encourage positive behaviour and engagement with learning
???? Support pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs where required
???? Work closely with teachers to help pupils reach their full potential

✅ Welsh-speaking desirable but not essential
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
