Secondary Teaching Assistant | Chelmsley Wood, Solihull
£95-£110 per day | 8:00am-4:00pm | Full Academic Year
Aspire People are looking for an experienced Secondary Teaching Assistant for a full-time classroom support position at a secondary academy in Chelmsley Wood, Solihull.
The position starts on 9th November and will continue for the full academic year, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am until 4:00pm.
This is a classroom-based support role working with pupils across the academy. You will support teachers during lessons, work with pupils individually and in small groups, help pupils remain engaged with their learning and provide additional support where required.
Secondary school experience is essential for this position. The school needs someone who understands the demands of working with secondary-aged pupils and can confidently support learning and behaviour within a busy classroom environment.
We are looking for someone reliable, proactive and confident who can build positive relationships with pupils and work effectively alongside teaching and pastoral staff.
You will need recent secondary school experience and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one through Aspire People.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Secondary Teaching Assistant looking for the stability of a full academic year placement.
