An inclusive, forward-thinking and inspiring secondary school in the Rochdale area is eager to find a brilliant Secondary Teaching Assistant to provide key 1:1 academic, social and emotional intervention support to a KS4 student with complex behavioural needs for the coming academic year.

Secondary Teaching Assistant – Role Information:
* Providing key 1:1 academic, social and emotional support to student with SEMH needs
* Building and sustaining genuine rapport with student throughout the academic year
* Helping student overcome academic barriers in various subjects
* Monday to Friday role – September 2026 to July 2027
* Working hours: 08.30am to 15.15 pm
* Paid £93 per day during term time
Secondary Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:
* Minimum 2:2 UK based degree
* Prior experience tutoring, teaching or volunteering with children or young adults
* Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Passionate about the development of children
