Salary: £190-£240 per day
Start Date: ASAP/September 2024
Contract Type: Long-Term

Secondary Teacher Job Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students.
Foster a positive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported in their academic journey.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the department.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the educational experience for students.
Secondary Teacher Job Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for education sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
Experience working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds, including those with additional learning needs.
Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping abreast of educational trends and best practices.
